Is anonymity guaranteed in the report?

In the reporting process, you can decide whether to provide your personal data or not. If you choose not to, you will need to monitor the progress and resolution of the report independently through the reporting channel. The channel will provide you with a username and password to access the report's progress. The channel is independent of the company and does not record information about the IP address from which you connect.

Who handles the reports?
